Itinerary
We depart between 7 and 8 a.m. from Mexico City (Condesa, Roma, or Juárez neighborhoods), or you can choose your preferred time if the tour is private.
We'll travel between one and one and a half hours to reach the archaeological site.
We'll visit this impressive site for three hours with a certified guide.
Afterward, we'll go to the home of a local family (a half-hour drive) where we'll learn to prepare "Mole," a delicious and iconic Mexican dish. We'll use a metate to grind seeds and learn about all the necessary ingredients. We'll also prepare pulque using a pre-Hispanic recipe. It will be a truly authentic Mexican meal.
Finally, we'll return to Mexico City around 3 p.m.
